Provide to Luscii

To setup a webhook subscriber, provide the following data to Luscii:

• URI of your Webhook: the web address that we call to deliver a message. It must be an https:// address (i.e. TLS secured) with a hostname that matches a certificate
• Desired event(s) to send messages for
  Note that you may set up multiple subscribers; for example to receive different events on separate URI's.
