See alerts in your BeterDichtbij dashboard

Luscii can forward alerts from your patients to BeterDichtbij so that BeterDichtbij can show them on your dashboard. This way you can always see which patients need your attention from within BeterDichtbij. From there, you can also directly launch Luscii opening the patient you are viewing in BeterDichtbij.

Open a patient in BeterDichtbij from Luscii

From within the Luscii patient dashboard, we can setup a BeterDichtbij button that opens the patient you are viewing directly in BeterDichtbij. This way you can easily start sending messages to that patient without having to look them up manually in BeterDichtbij.

Open BeterDichtbij app from Luscii

For patients, Luscii can add a button in the Luscii app that directly launches the BeterDichtbij app. This is done using a Luscii Instrument that we have custom configured for this. We can enable this in any program or protocol.

Limitations

Accounts are matched based on email address

If a patient has a different email address within BeterDichtbij and Luscii, the integration will not work.

A patient needs to have an account at BeterDichtbij before creating a Luscii account

This is a technical limitation due to differences in architecture. We only send account data when we create or update an account, they don’t keep track of Luscii accounts that do not match.

Multiple programs and hospitals are not supported

The BeterDichtbij integration is only supported for patients that follow one Luscii program. If a patient follows more than one Luscii program, either within the same hospital or in multiple hospitals, we cannot guarantee that the patient alerts of the correct program will be shown in your BeterDichtbij dashboard.
